Transparency & Fairness for Our Community

To ensure fair access to our programs and maintain smooth operations for all members, the CCBA adheres to the following business policies. Whether you are checking on a weather closure or updating your billing, we want to make the process as clear as possible.

Inclement Weather & Closures

Living in New England means adapting to the weather! Here is how we handle storm days:

  • School Closures: When Lebanon schools are closed due to weather, some CCBA programs may be canceled. Please note that canceled programs are not rescheduled.
  • Where to Check: We send updates via our email list and post notifications on www.joinccba.org and our social media pages.
  • Decision Times: If the weather is questionable, we aim to make decisions by:
  • 1:00 PM for after-school programs.
  • 3:00 PM for evening programs.

Registration & Program Details

  • Waitlists: Popular classes fill up fast! Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If a class is full, we encourage you to join the waitlist—we make every effort to accommodate waitlisted members whenever possible.
  • Member Rate Eligibility: To receive the discounted member rate for any program, you must hold an active membership for the entire duration of that program.
  • Program Changes: We strive for accuracy in our guides and website. However, adjustments to instructors, locations, or fees may occasionally occur. We appreciate your flexibility.


Refunds, Credits & Cancellations

  • CCBA Cancellations: If we cancel a program for any reason, you will receive a full refund of your payment.
  • Member Cancellations: General program and membership fees are non-refundable.
  • Medical Credits: We understand that injuries or illnesses happen. In the case of a documented illness or injury, we can issue a CCBA Credit for the unused portion of your program or membership.
  • Note: Refunds or makeup days are not provided for building closures due to weather or maintenance.


Payments & Billing

  • EFT Monthly Billing: For your convenience, we offer Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for monthly billing. Choosing this plan requires a commitment to your membership for a minimum of 3 months. (Please see the EFT Contract Rules and Agreement for full details).
  • Returned Checks: If a check is returned to the CCBA, a cash or money order payment covering the face value of the check plus a $20 fee is required immediately.


Membership Transfers

Moving away? Memberships may be transferred one time during the life of the membership solely for relocation purposes.

  • Transfer Fee: $50

Facility Information

  • Accuracy: While we make every attempt to ensure our materials are accurate and up-to-date, the CCBA reserves the right to alter content, business hours, or policies at any time.

A Note on Community Standards: Our staff is here to help! If a team member requests your cooperation with these rules, please adjust your behavior. Actions that threaten the safety or comfort of our community (such as fighting or disorderly conduct) may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
