As a strong foundation in the Lebanon, NH community, we invest in staff who take pride in giving every child the focused care they need. Our team is carefully chosen, background-checked, and trained in CPR/AED and First Aid, ensuring loving and attentive supervision at all times.
Ages: 6 weeks through completion of 4th Grade
- Cost FREE with a 1 or 2-Adult Family Membership!
- $7 per child/per hour with a purchased Adult Day Pass.
CHILDCARE ROOM IS FREE WITH A FAMILY MEMBERSHIP! Or $7 per child, per hour, with a purchased adult day pass.

Weather Policy: If Lebanon School District cancels school, the Childcare Room is closed. If there is a delayed opening, we open at 9:00 AM (but suggest calling first!).
Before Your First Visit
1. Schedule an Orientation We ask all new members to schedule a brief 5-minute orientation prior to using the room. This helps your child meet our staff, become familiar with the routine, and feel comfortable from day one.
2. What to Bring
- Indoor Shoes: Mandatory for walking children (no winter boots inside, please!).
- Water Bottle: Labeled with your child's name.
- Warm Clothing: We play outside when weather permits!
- Food: We do not have an official snack time, but you may bring food in case they get hungry (No gum, please).
- Note: We recommend nursing or feeding infants prior to drop-off.
Safety & Guidelines
To ensure a safe environment, we limit capacity based on the number and ages of children present.
- Parent Location: You must remain on CCBA property while your child is in the room.
- Diapering: Children 3 & older (or too big for the changing table) must be changed by their parents. We will call you if your child needs changing or becomes upset.
- Comfort Policy: We will call you to pick up your child if crying persists beyond 15 minutes, or if behavioral issues arise.
- Wellness Policy: To protect all families, we cannot admit children with cold symptoms, fever, rash, or illness within the last 24 hours. Staff cannot administer medication.
