    We have two great options starting in November! The Saturday class begins on November 15th and the Tuesday class begins on November 18th. Please check the current schedule for the most up-to-date times as they may change seasonally.

    None. Body Combat is a bodyweight-only workout. You use the resistance of your own body and the air to build strength and burn calories, which makes it an excellent, low-barrier entry point to fitness that requires no specialized equipment.
